At the Institute of Industrial Fire & Safety Engineering (IIFSE), we believe in providing a transparent and fair refund and cancellation process for our students. This policy applies to all courses, programs, and services offered by the institute.

1. Cancellation by the Student

• Students may request to cancel their admission or enrollment before the course starts.
  
• One must submit a written request for cancellation to the admissions office, via email or in person.
  
• Refund eligibility will depend on the timing of the cancellation:

1. Cancellation 15 days or more before the course starts: Full refund excluding administrative charges of [specify amount or % dalna hai].
2. Cancellation within 15 days of the course start: 50% of the fees paid will be refunded.
3. Cancellation after course commencement: No refund will be issued.
   

2. Cancellation by the Institute

• IIFSE reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course under any circumstances, including insufficient enrollment or operational reasons.
• In such cases, students will be offered:
• Full refund of the course fees, or
• Transfer of fees to another course or batch of their choice.
  

3. Refund Process

• The refund process starts within 15-30 business days from the date of approval.
• The amount will be refunded to the same payment source and gateway.
  
• Any bank or transaction charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
  

4. Non-Refundable Charges

Under any circumstances, these fees are non-refundable:

•  Registration or application fees.
• Administrative or processing fees.
• Charges for course materials already provided.
  

5. Special Circumstances

• If a student is unable to attend the course for any medical emergency, it is mandatory to provide documented proof.  The institute may consider allowing a refund or transfer of fees.
  
• Students who withdraw without following the proper cancellation procedure may not receive any refund of fees.
